The Non-linear Movement Method®
Join us for a 60-minute regenerative Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM) class, with the option to end with a gentle 15-minute guided journaling session. This experience is crafted to help you meet yourself—wherever you are in life—with compassion, while releasing what no longer serves you.
This non-imposing somatic practice invites you to breathe and move freely, allowing your body to guide the way. The NLMM® is a trauma-informed method designed to deepen your awareness of your body’s sensations, gently connecting mind, body, and heart. Through this practice, you’ll smooth out your nervous system, process emotional patterns and thought loops, release tension and unlock stuck energy—leaving you with fresh perspectives and new space within your mind and body.
In short, this class will help you relieve stress and overwhelm, harmonize your body and mind, and rekindle your vitality.
Open to all levels, this practice is accessible regardless of health, fitness, or experience. All you need is a mat or blanket, and comfortable clothing that allows for free movement—similar to what you’d wear in a yoga or dance class.
