With the Non-linear Movement Method®
Feeling tense, tired, or overwhelmed? This 60-minute Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM) session is designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and restore your natural sense of ease. You’re also welcome to stay for an optional 15-minute guided journaling session to deepen your integration.
This gentle, trauma-informed somatic practice invites you to breathe, move freely, and follow your body’s natural rhythms—no steps to follow, no right or wrong way. Through NLMM®, you’ll smooth out your nervous system, process emotional patterns and thought loops, and unlock fresh energy—leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
This session is for you if you:

🌿 Long for movement that nourishes rather than depletes
This practice is open to all, no matter your fitness level or experience. All you need is a mat or blanket, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space.
Join me LIVE ONLINE on Zoom for a 75-minute experience, or quietly exit after the movement session. No recordings will be provided.
